Citrus at Social Hollywood is experiencing a change-over. Again. This time it's the restaurant's big name chef Michel Richard's decision to permanently commit to D.C., with Alain Giraud taking over consulting kitchen duties at the lavish Jeffrey Chodorow-owned business, reports the Daily Dish. Richaud will take the Citrus brand and name with him, too, but what the revamped place will be called remains unknown.
